As Branch Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, and achievement of business goals. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer service issues, overseeing transaction processing, implementing policies and procedures, and working to optimize branch performance and profitability.
Manager Teller Service
Promoted from teller to manager teller services. As a junior supervisor oversees the daily operations of domain staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, and achievement of business goals. Responsibilities include handling customer service issues, overseeing transaction processing, implementing policies and procedures, and working to optimize cash counter performance.
Cash Officer
The purpose of the job is to facilitate the customers (both existing & walk-ins) in their cash dealings with the bank and provide them services at the comfort level beyond their expectation.
